Located on Shiloh Road between Fenner Road and Horseshoe Bend Road
Beginning at the South west corner of the North west qr. of Section thirty six. Thence North parallel with said section line six rods. Thence East six rods and eleven feet. Thence South six rods to the South line of said qr. Sec. Thence West six rods and eleven feet to the place of beginning. Containing one fourth of an acre.
Purchased by the Newton Township Board of Education June 18, 1871
from William Miles for $25.00.
